Already Started College?
You're not too late. College transition doesn't end after move-in day or the first day of class.
If you're already navigating new professors, responsibilities, relationships, stress, decisions, or campus systems, College, Psyched™ was designed with you in mind, too. Begin where you are.
Who Is College, Psyched™ For?
College, Psyched™ is designed for students who are preparing to begin college or are in the early stages of the college transition, including students living on campus, commuting from home, entering community college, transferring into a new college environment, or adjusting to greater independence.
You don't need to have everything figured out. That's part of what you're here to learn.
For Parents & Families
Your Student Isn't the Only One Transitioning.
Supporting a college student can mean learning when to step in, when to listen, when to encourage, and when to give your student room to practice navigating something independently. That's why parents and families receive a separate experience rather than attending the student session.
We'll explore communication, independence, support versus rescue, boundaries, adjustment, campus resources, and ways families can remain connected while allowing students to grow.
One college transition. Two different roles. Two intentionally different experiences.
Start strong. Stay grounded. Thrive.
Special founding rate for the first 30 student registrations. The Student + Family Experience includes the student's interactive LIVE session, student resources, and a separate Parent & Family experience designed to help families support growing independence while remaining a healthy source of connection and support.
College, Psyched™ is a psychoeducational program designed to provide education, skill-building, reflection, and practical college-transition strategies. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, crisis intervention, academic advising, legal advice, financial advice, or individualized mental-health treatment. Participation does not guarantee academic performance, retention, graduation, or any particular educational outcome. Students should use appropriate institutional, healthcare, emergency, or other qualified professional resources when needed.
