My Story:

Meet Dr. Arlissia Bradley, “Prof. B”

Dr. Arlissia Bradley, affectionately known as Prof. B, is a compassionate psychology professor, doctoral-level educator, counselor, and advocate devoted to helping individuals navigate toxic relationships, understand narcissism, and rediscover their authentic selves.

As the founder of Get Psyched with Prof. B, she blends psychology, faith, and practical tools to guide individuals toward emotional clarity, confidence, and wholeness, empowering them to reclaim their voice and walk boldly in their identity.

A Calling Rooted in Purpose

Her life began as a testament to purpose and resilience.

Born at just 2 pounds, 3 ounces, Dr. Bradley entered the world as a fighter — a clear sign that her life would carry meaning far beyond circumstance.

Her foundation was shaped by her late grandmother, Madeline Dorothy Harper, the matriarch of her family and a woman of unwavering faith. A Bible-toting, Bible-quoting believer who not only spoke the Word but lived it daily, she instilled in her the importance of knowing both her identity and her inheritance in Christ.

She lovingly called her “the praying hands baby,” a title that remains one of her most treasured.

Her grandmother understood a powerful truth:
That knowing who she was — and whose she was — would equip her to navigate life with strength, wisdom, and grace.

From Surviving to Thriving

Life’s challenges did not bypass her — but they refined her.

Through personal experience, academic excellence, and a deep commitment to faith, Dr. Bradley developed a framework that helps others move from confusion to clarity, from emotional overwhelm to peace, and from surviving to truly thriving.

Her approach is both evidence-based and heart-centered, combining clinical insight with real-life application and spiritual grounding.

Her Mission

At the core of her work is a simple but powerful mission:

To help individuals rediscover who they are, reclaim their voice, and walk fully in their God-given identity.
